Cafe 1/4 茶寮さいごん(Saryo Saigon): A Cafe Offering Vietnamese Coffee and Kyoto's Matcha (Japan) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

At Cafe 1/4, we utilize its unique cafe layout and design with a fusion of Japanese traditional design and a modern style to have "closer and friendly communication" with our customers. 

By having actual communications with our customers, we started considering a new invention for a brand-new original Kyoto's Uji Matcha Brand which empowers us to be able to serve our Vietnamese customers with more confidence & Japanese Pride. 

This is the beginning of the Brand: Topkapi-En (とぷかぴ苑)
